Stop over-booking!!!! I'll not be returning to this practice as long as I can help it, and I'll encourage everyone to do the same.
Not my regular doctor, but I went here with a Workers Comp injury. I swear, I don't know why it has become "acceptable" to wait for hours when seeing a doctor. The first appointment was made the day before, so I expected having to wait. That time, it took three hours.
The staff is nice and friendly but if you come here you will be waiting over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor.
Every appointment after that, I waited a MINIMUM of two hours. How is this ok? Why is it that my time is somehow deemed less valuable that the doctor's? And if this happens from time to time, that's one thing, but this is the case every single time! Here's a novel idea;
The front desk staff is great. They are very friendly and helpful. As for their patient care and service this is the most awful place I have ever been. It took 2 weeks for me to get my lab results from testing that doesn't take anymore than 2 days. When I called for the 3rd time in a week, they said Dr Bannout still hadnt reviewed my labwork. It took him another week to review it. Even then, I had to call them once again to get my results. He then wanted me to up the dose on one of my meds and see if that woukd help. I called back after doing so for 8wks. I wanted to let him know that the extra dose was not working and to find out what the next step is. I still haven't heard back from them, despite the fact that I have called and left messages twice.
Very good doctor and staff, keep up the good work.
Long waiting times after arrival of appointment. Doctor is receptive and listens to your problems. Doesn't rush his diagnosis.
