**Just an update. The doctor and the back office staff are amazing. They were truly concerned about this issue & it was addressed properly. Thanks!

I called up to make an appointment, and the lady was very, very rude to me for no reason. I barely finished my sentence and she hung up on me. This is extremely poor customer service. They lost a patient that is for sure!!

The worst obgyn office I've ever been. I wish the state would shut this place down. The staffs are so unprofessional from Doctor to medical assistant. They lack knowledge in every area possible. Doctor Moore seriously needs to go back to medical school and she also needs sensitivity training. I could write a book about this place but I'm going to stop here. If you don't have to go there please don't. And if you do please try the male doctor he might be better

I give 5 star to Dr. Borquaye is an excellent professional. It has the patience to explain well until you understand everything. I recommend it to all my friends

This was a year and a half ago. I don't know who is in there now but it sounds like it's still the same. I wanted to write this review then but I had not had the time. I'm writing this now because I think I'm about to have another baby and the office is convenient to my house but since nothing has changed, I think I will go elsewhere if I am. I may just haul myself back up to perientology in savannah a d have my next baby at memorial. Those two places and the doctors there treated me exquisitely. Well worth the 45 minute drive and that's sad that I would rather drive that far to be seen by people who care about their patients and know me and my baby will be treated with care, than the 5 minutes around the corner to this office. Oh and by the way, don't tell dr. Borquay you don't want to know the sex of the baby. I told him 3 times I didn't want to know because I wanted to do a reveal with my husband and son, and he told me anyway.

The rudest person I have ever dealt with works right here in this office! Very unprofessional, condescending and rude. Needless to say this is our last visit, judging by other comments, I'm sure this office has lost a few. I was made to feel like I was nothing but an annoyance and did not even warrant professionalism. I had a copy of my daughter's insurance card, not the actual card, however my daughter was threatened with rescheduling no less than 3 times. A frantic trip home to get the card because Ms.Rude needed a copy of the back of card ensued. Just an FYI, Amerigroup was called, every single card has the same information in the state of Georgia. I was told twice, in the same rude manner, that nothing is ever erased from their files. Ok, so, since we've been here once before, where did all her information go?? I highly recommend you go elsewhere for medical services, this place is horrible. The doctor may be wonderful, however, as with any business, if the entry level employees are terrible, it makes the whole place look bad.

Wow... my experience....let's see, the staff can be VERY rude for starters. Your business is spoken very loudly with you in the waiting room where others can hear, where they SHOULD allow you to come through to the appointment window to discuss an issue away from the ears of the other patients, which is always full. That brings to next issue, your wait is like an eternity...ever thought about relocating to a larger facility and hiring more staff? My next issue is the only thing the doctors did is listen for the baby heartbeat. That's it. But aside that, the ultrasound tech I had was wonderful. Dr. Borquay was humerus and did make the visits entertaining. The lady doctor ther was grim and unprofessional, as she answered a personal call while she had me on the table in the room supposedly listening for the heartbeat. Never smiled, never talk, seemed like she didn't want to be there and those things turned what was suppose to be a beautiful experience to a dreadful one. The visitation switch between her and the main doctor was annoying.those are the petty things, my biggest issue with this office was at my perientology appointment, they noticed I was having contractions and hook to machine to monitor my contractions and baby heart. They were going to send me to the hospital straight away as they thought I was about to perhaps have the baby. They asked for my doctor and called his office and I CLEARLY heard them speak to someone there and tell them they were sending me to memorial. I ended up cliffhanging for two weeks there and after a week and a half i get a call on my cell phone from the office on a Friday reminding me of my appointment for the following monday. Remember that office was contact ed the day I was admitted and I received no calls up until that point. I told them I was admitted to the hospital and had been for over a week, and the lady on the other end says "well if you don't come in on Monday we will know what happened. I said "um, what? OK I guess?" All I got was ok have a nice day and she hung up quickly. They had no interest in why I was there, I spoke to no doctor, neither of them called. It's like the perientology office never called at all. I ended up having my baby the following sunday. The following tuesday dr. Borquay office called again to schedule next appointment. I said "um, you do know I just had the baby already right?" And the lady says "oh. Well we will just drop your name from the list then. Have a good day." Then she hung up. So they didn't even acknowledge the call made to them the day I was admitted. They did t even know I was there it seems and that call was from the doctor that was having me admitted. I had to have a stat c-sec so when asked if I wanted to get my stitching checkups at my doctor office or at perientology office, I had to say perientology because I was dropped from the list at my office. Needless to say,the perientology doctor was stunned when I told her how I was not checked on by phone or nothing by that office and that they dropped me after I said I had the baby.
