I love the online feature. I can create my own pizza just the way I like it, order it and it even tell me when it will be ready for pick up. I just love it.
I ordered online had to call back for them to tell me I’m not getting my food and now all places r closed.. this pissed me off

I just ordered a Salomi & Pineapple Pizza and only received one Salomi per pizza with maybe 4 smaller pieces of pineapple on each slice. 1st time ever seeing this considering when I order from other Pizza Huts I receive more. Very disappointed as this taste more like a cheese
Before i even Ordered i was put on hold. The female taking my order was rude and sounded like she didn't even want to be there. To top it off , I was told it would take an hour to 2 to deliver for a place .07 miles away from the actual restaurant. She charged me for the oder even after i cancelled it. Make sure to ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BANKS AND ALWAYS HAVE A RECEIPT.
All get my pizza here. Would give them five stars but they no longer give the free pepper and cheese.
REMEMBER, THEY are servicing YOU, they tend to YOU! And if their management does not do anything about it there is always someone above them. They should be about satisfaction and not just about their own attitudes, it may seem like a small concern but not to the corporate leaders.
