Dominos was my favorite pizza place until tonight. My wife ordered 2 mediums at 526 and at 720 the pizza finally arrived. I had already called twice at this point. The first time a lady answered the phone claiming to be the only manager there even tho my wife talked to the actual manager 20 minutes before I had called, she was rude and said she was going to get the manager, then she hung up. I kept my cool and called back explaining if I cannot talk to the real manager I’d be more than happy to call corporate with my complaint, he immediately got on phone and was saying how the web site was not accurate and that the 66 minute wait was a estimated time when in all reality he said they were about 4 hours behind. The pizza looked like left overs, like it had sat in a fridge all night then warmed up and sent out for delivery. I asked for a refund and I was even willing to bring the pizza back to show the quality and he was only willing to send me another pizza. After waiting this long I’m not really willing to sit around for a new pizza with a hungry wife and kid. I will not order from here again. Horrible pizza, bad timing, and horrible customer service.
See so many bad reviews, but personally never have had a bad experience. Always timely based on my location, except for rush hours( understandably). And always always have had my order be correct. Best customer service ever. Always friendly and upbeat. My number 1 pizza place for delivery! And c'mon people, delivery charges pay for their gas, which you would have to pay to get there anyways.
Fun place to work. The variety of food is excellent.
After following my order on line, I left for the store, as it was in the oven, because I am only a 4 min drive away. Upon arrival, my tracker stated that my order was ready. When I walked in, it also stated on the board, "Ready" next to my name. When asked by the greeter for my order (already paid for), she advised my order was NOT ready. I stood inside the store, another 7 minutes, before finally, it was discovered my order was placed in the wrong box. During this time, I watch the young lady take down a box (with my twists inside) and hand them through the pass through, and ask the young man to put more hot cinnamon sugar on it. She relabeled the box and handed it to me. Not cool. When I stated that I watched what she did, she offered to have them remake it. I told her, I had to get back to work. Enough time had already been wasted. Thumbs down, Domino's Pizza, thumbs down.
The got my order right and in a timely manner. Good pizza. The bread crust has good season and butter. The only thing was i ordered a bbq chicken and onion. I asked for extra bbq sauce. They only put on the edges and my pizza was so dry. The cheese and the pepperoni pizza was good
