Called in twice trying to receive what would seem to be simple information, but instead was told I was yelling, and was hung up on both times. You work for the state, not some private corporation, act like it. Have some etiquette, some professionalism.

The lady at the front is loud as hell for no reason and wasted a lot of our time by telling us to come back at 1:00pm even though we showed up before the noon lunch hour. When we got back at one as instructed there were 15 people ahead of us. She really needs to give out better information to customers. We drove all the way from South Carolina just to waste 2 hours of time. SMDH
