I cant even get a new license with the 8 forms of ID, 2 ids one being a federal id, state license, birth certificate, copy of orders, 2 bills, and a social security card oh and dont let me begin with my wifes experience, she needs a marriage certificate to prove we have the same last name lol c'mon we've been married for 15 years. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Just go to Brunswick, it may be a ride yet you will be treated with respect. They must be overworked or plan don't care?
Horrible costumer service. They like to whisper about how much of a nuisance you are as a customer, and then shoo you out if you take even one minute over your appointment time. Terrible place, and they've screwed me over more then once at this point.
never in my life have i experienced such rude customer service. their printer wasnt working and they REFUSED to help me until the time of my appointment, and they forced me to reschedule my drivers test. they made me feel so stupid i was almost in tears.
I was in and out with a renewed license in less than 10 minutes. I pre registered online, and had all my documents ready. Customer service was awesome!
