They were some of the kindest, most genuine people I've ever met. I told them what I was looking for and my price range, and within 10 minutes I found the ring I was looking for. I had an off the wall engraving request (engineer hammers) and they did a test (for free) to make sure I would like how it turned out, and then were able to finish the whole order in two days. They were very accommodating and helpful.
