I had a wonderful experience with Brandi. She was very helpful. She took her time to explain everything to me and my husband. She understood our needs and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want. We now own a beautiful home that we enjoy very much. Thank you Brandi.
Horrible rental company.. my daughter has been a tenant for nearly 5 months and has so many problems and receptionist is always rude and claims it's not there problem or responsibility to fix. They have broken doors, broken refrigerator, "bugs" aka roaches that were there prior to moving in. In fact my daughter never saw one I'm real life until then.
Everyone was very polite but when we got the keys to see a house it was covered in urine. Like we couldn't get through the whole house due to smell. When I told the lady at the desk she didn't seem to care and brushed it off.
After applying and jumping through hoops to be "approved" by this company they told us coming in after work would be fine when in fact they LIED!!!! They signed a lease an hour before. They said nothing about needing to come in right away. They lied about several other things. This is a company that you should stay far far far away from. I am also reporting them to BBB for their actions. Again beware!
They care about their customers. You much more than a number. When you come here, you are family. They will relentlessly strive to take care of you and your needs. Whether it means working through a hurricane with no electricity, or taking emergency calls in the middle of the night, they are always there when you need them.
