Consistently missing deliveries or to wrong addresses. Will not respond to complaints or even answer their phone. If you do get someone they are extremely rude. This has gone on far too long at this P.O.
Worst customer service I have ever received. I have been waiting weeks for an item I need for my wedding, the day it arrived I was so excited to go check my mail. In my mailbox I found an empty package that had clearly been slit open and either run over or stepped on. When I went to the post office to complain I was told that the package was not put in the mailbox like that. That they had a picture of my package and it was completely in tact prior to going out for delivery. When I asked to see the picture they refused to show it. They basically told me I was lying that I did that to my package anthen took time out of my day to go sit at the post office for an hour to complain. These people are ridiculous. I live on a military base and have a secure mailbox that requires a key. When I told the "post master" this she said that I'm not the only one with a key. She was so rude and just ridiculous.
I've visited this post office for the last 12 years & each time I step through, I've always received "SERVICE WITH A SMILE & IT'S ALL DAY LONG!" I've yet to receive any bad service at this location & honestly apologize for the inconvenience for you all. They always give me the best service & assistance. I'd recommend anyone to visit this post office. My mail carrier is extremely courteous, respectful. I don't know her personally but she smiles with each delivery, even if it's just a salespaper. This USPS office may not be perfect but they're blessed to assist us in everyway they can. "Proudly serving for you" Greatly appreciate your service to us!! Thank you!!
My son stays on ft stewart I have sent him several.important document he gets some and some he dont get some are returned to me that he does not live there. This is the craziest thing I have ever seen in called this place and the people are rude and ghetto fabolous. Can I please get packages toy child whom is arcing this country please....
My trash can was ran over by a mail carrier in a fit of rage, when confronted about the issue, the mail lady half hearted apologized to which the issue should've been resolved. Fast forward a week... we've received no mail and have been informed we were under investigation. Mrs Debra Davis the "post master" completely uninformed and unaware of the situation screamed and yelled at my husband in the lobby of the post office.. saying that the trash can that has sat in the same place for two years.. was hit on a account of a mail truck drives different than a regular vehicle. Debra Davis is the most unprofessional, racist, over employed federal employee in the state of Georgia. I am astonished that we received such poor and hateful customer service. This post office needs to be under investigation for lack of resolved issues!!!!!!!
