Worst experience. I had a shower handle cartridge strip out and couldn't turn off the shower water. I had to turn off the main water valve to the entire house. They swapped the hardware and even fixed the tub spout for me when they noticed it wasn't seated properly. They gouged the copper pipe and the water leaked behind the wall of the shower for months. It damaged two bedrooms and I had to file a claim through homeowner's insurance to have all the carpet replaced and mold treatment for the drywall. But they know exactly how to evade liability for their mistakes by not thoroughly documenting their repairs. They refuse to recover my deductible because it's not written on the invoice that they touched the hardware. That was the initial reason for the call to have it repaired but, OK. I am now out my $1000 deductible, the original amount for their repair $125.25 and the additional repair by another plumber $283.33. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR REPAIR DOCUMENTED BY THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE NEXT.
Start to finish less than an hour, will recommend & use them again I own several rental properties. $ below what I expected to pay!
The employees at this company are rude and provide poor customer service. I highly recommend taking your business to a more professional plumbing company in the area. This one will try to over charge and under perform.
I called them more than a week ago to schedule a plumber at my house for an emergency.
I was told one would be there in a couple of days. 2 days later I called to ask when they would be coming I was told that they didn't know, she didn't do the scheduling.
I really cant review their work, but the professionalism is lacking.
Less than a week till X-mas, called these folks and they had their plumber out the next day. Very knowledgeable & friendly plumber replaced broken toilet flange without going into crawlspace to cut pipe.
The Hurricane hadn't even hit Cuba yet, and also never hit Coastal Ga, but that was the excuse they used. They never showed up and never answered any calls or emails asking when they would be there. I called, emailed and messaged on facebook and never got a reply. I finally call another company who sent one the same day. I would not recommend if you have an emergency
1st time to use.
Would highly recommend this company! Fixed several issues I had in 2 bathroom, quick, explained everything they did and why, bonus price was very reasonable. Will use them again and will recommend them to friends. And they are very polite, which I really appreciate.
