HORRIBLE! Absolutely the WORST moving experience EVER! If you value you belongings find someone else to use. Not only did they break almost all our furniture they crushed almost every box because they either over packed or under packed the boxes. There is also some of our belongings missing. Try explaining to a 3yr old why the tricycle that she got from Santa that she loves didn't make it to our new home. Thank you so much for making our final military move the worst move ever. I wish I could rate in negative stars
If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a joke my wife and myself tried to be nice to accommodate all the other houses they took on to pack even though they had no business doing so as they don't have enough men to do all the work. So we said we needed it all done at the latest weds. Well that didn't happen so my wife calls and finally had it with the company telling them all that is wrong and Nancy the own wants to get rude and ignorant with my wife and myself because she can't do the job right. 6 days this has been going on! Then she wanted to trt to get a hold of my 1st Sgt lol we have pictures and emails what we been through with this company as proof. I don't even know why the army contractors this joke of a business! Moved 3 times never had to deal with this before on top of that thing in our house getting stolen! So not only can they get the job done right or treat the military men or women right they steal. I highly suggest you stay clear of this company! I wouldn't be surprised if they steal our packages acting like they where misplaced. It's a shame. We work hard for our things and for the army to have to have this company make this that much harder on us. Elroy is the only employee that has been professional and courteous to us the entire 6 days going on 7 days tomorrow .
This people are terrible! Before going to Korea a year ago the air force booked them. The woman who packed up my kitchen stole 100$ Bill out of my wallet and the guy packing up said he accidently packed my Samsung s5 in a box. A year later, I just received my stuff to see it was stolen too. Terrible people. The worst thing about it, I bought them pizza!
Still don't understand why the Army contracts this company... They were hired to arrange our moving and our 55 inch Tv got stolen, and when we contacted Nancy, the manager/owner, she just told us to give her one day to get back to us and she never actually did it, tried to contact her again the following days and got no answer from her. Still waiting on a response.
These people are a joke, we are a transportation company, and our driver came in to deliver. The forklift driver told my driver to go and park at the door and showed him the way in. My driver got stuck in their warehouse since its a bit sandy, mind you the guy came out with a phone number written on a piece of paper with the phone number to their friend who tows trucks for a living. These guys are a joke, running a scam. Warehouse should be shut down for scams, and malpractice of business.
