This place has some of the most unhelpful people in the mental health sector that i have ever worked with. They do not listen to you about what you need with your insurance and when they mess up they expect you to pay the outstanding balance. All they needed to do was put me with someone that my insurance covered but did not and waited tell i saw the doctor 5 times to say oh you have a balance. Also when I cancelled the other appointments I had with the other doc I was seeing there, that somehow Did not get canceled and I revived a nasty letter in the mail.
I suggest staying away from this place cause all they care about is the money and not making things right when they make the mistake.
Worst staff/dr are rude unhelpful people ever to deal with never get seen by an actual dr only by practitioner they aren't helpful in any situation
I've been here only twice, but I'm very happy so far. Dr.Richardson is very kind and comfortable to be around. The receptionist always seem very kind. Great experience so far.
Dr. Banjoko is great. He really listened to my concerns when my son was first diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago. He always answers all my questions. The girls at the front desk are so sweet. Much better than the girl that was their when I first started going their 3 years ago. The girls now always have a smile on their face and always great my son as well as me. Dr. Richardson is also very nice and patient with my son. I can't imagine taking my son to another doctor.
Let me start off by saying that HBH is amazing. I’ve experienced a string of severe head injuries of the past couple years and experienced substantial mood, focus, and cognition issues for quite some time. I was referred to HBH by my primary care and they have been incredibly helpful throughout the recovery process. I didn’t think it was possible to feel and think like I used to before my accidents, but seeing Dr. Banjoko regularly really has changed my outlook on my future.
