Horrible customer service! Lines are always backed up, sales associates are hardly ever on the floor to assist. I personally helped an older lady to her car with her items because the associate never showed up meanwhile, the mangers walked by laughing with customer service associates like they were taking a stroll in the park. Two ladies who work in the back counter tops never greet you and ask if you need assistance because they're too busy laughing and on their cellular devices. Get it together LOWES!!!
Called a few times to find out if they have supplies for a major brand of carpet cleaner. Kept getting sent to every department that did not have anything to do with that item. The store is too big when it’s associates don’t know where anything is. I wish they would have associates available in each department that actually knows what’s in their department and able to answer questions in a timely manner. I spent half an hour on the phone to no avail. What a headache!
Incredibly friendly staff that was great at helping us with a weird DIY project! There's literally everything you need at this place and there's always someone willing to help just around the corner.

Not sure if they have beefed up for the holidays, but was pleasantly surprised when I shop there today. Service was great everything was organized and I got assistance when I needed it. Now, if only they can keep it that way!
