Most ghetto, unprofessional, ratchet place ever!
I would recommend getting your furniture elsewhere.
The moving guys will put dents and scratches in your couch when they deliver it... A week after delivery two other men were sent out to install a connector piece on my sectional so the two couches wouldn't come apart. They installed the piece terribly and off centered. I had to unscrew it and position it correctly myself.
Everyone here, from the time I first walked in, 3 years ago, until I made my last payment, middle of 2016, was professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I am coming back to Farmers for ALL my furniture needs in the future.
Ms. Darlene and her staff do make an effort could take care of their customers when there are issues. Is there any issues with the furniture so they will do what they can to correct the problem or replace the piece. I haven't had an issue with any of the pieces of furniture that I received from them. I would recommend them to anyone who starting out or trying to repair their credit.
Had an awful experience at this store. Sad to say it was directly from Olivia, the sales manager. She had no interest in what I was interested in buying, showed customers who came in directly after me far better customer service and was clearly talking to another coworker about me. I need to furnish my entire house but will not be doing it through this company, they lost a huge sale.
Also, I moved from Georgia (military) to Wisconsin and had to pay Farmers a $2 fee every time I wanted to pay my bill over the phone, which was the only way to pay. They didn't care about my warranty either which i paid $200 for :( I never got new replacement cushions like they promised.
