I originally tried 1800 Flowers to surprise my sister for Valentine's Day. Well, they canceled my order at 1230 and I called at the last minute for them to deliver flowers to her job. They did not disappoint and they were more than willing to help me out at the last minute! Would definitely use them again!
I wanted to send my sister flowers. The arrangement i wanted said to call in for pricing, which Idid and verified they had the cake platter. The woman told me that since it was 10 minutes till close on sat the 24th and i needed it on Monday, i could call Monday and they would be okay to get out the same day.

I live in texas, this was very important. I called Monday morning and kept getting a recorder that they were not open. I left a voicemail asking for a phone call so i could order that morning, Ive still not received one. I was not able to surprise my sister and they lost a customer for life!
