The most professional and attention to detail, if you have a problem they will address it and fix it
For $13, I expected them to use a decent amount of actual car wash soap. Instead, I got a brief run through with brooms, where they only hit the body and not the roof or more importantly the windows. I suspect the soap they used was dish soap, seeing as I saw a large commercial bottle sitting on a ledge right at the entrance to the actual wash racks. Any car enthusiast should know that's the last thing you'd want to use on cars. The rack and scrubbers themselves left much to be desired as I sat through the wash, severely lacking in bubbles as they lazily grazed across my car. The only good part of the wash was at the end, when the attendant did a thorough job of wiping down my car exterior. For that I'll give them 2 stars.
