My experience with this location has always been a great pleasire. The staff is courteous and if there is a problem they work through it with you to get a solution for all parties involved. I love this location.
The vehicle we rented was very comfortable and drove well. When we arrived at Enterprise to pick up the minivan we had requested because of a special needs person riding with us, only a Tahoe or other SUV was available. None of these would allow the disabled person to get in the vehicle because they sat too high off the ground. The Enterprise representative made several calls to locate a minivan that would meet our needs, and she found one in Statesboro. She sent someone to pick up the minivan and delivered it to us. She really went beyond the call of duty to satisfy our request.
I would have given this location five stars, but when I made the reservation I was under the impression that on the day of rental I would be able to call ahead and ask for a pick up just like the commercials advertise. When I called I was told I couldn't be picked up, because the drivers do not come in until 10 am and my reservation was at 830....so in order for me to get their I had to call for a cab....not good business. When it is advertised about " we will pick you up" it does not specify a time. I would like a call or a response to this review.
I was not happy at first as they were originally going to make us wait an extra day for our car we needed. They said that they had over booked. Fortunately they did manage at the last minute to find a car for us. They picked my daughter up from her work which really helped. We had a 2017 Ford Fusion and it was a really nice car. We had to give an extra 200 deposit which was a pain but they did refund it right away when we returned the car. I would rent from them again.
We were in Hinesville for a day and reserved the car online 1/2 hour before picking it up. It was a one way pick up and drop off at the airport in Savannah. The employee (Shay) was very friendly and helpful. We were in and out within 30 minutes.
