My husband and I gave them $1,770 to go towards a $3,000 down payment.We also have a receipt.I was pregnant at the time and didn't have a way to get back and forth to the doctor so Billy loaned us a vehicle off of the car lot and promised that he would keep us in a vehicle until we could come up with the rest of the down payment.Keep in mind we were buying a car, NOT renting.Time passed and Billy called us one morning and said that he needed the vehicle back on the lot for the day because there was tax people coming to take pictures for floor plans.He said that he would bring the vehicle back at the end of the day when everything was done.We never heard from him so we called and text-ed many different times and there was no response.We then finally got ahold of him and he said that something came up and he was going to bring us the car. A couple days passed and we still had no vehicle, couldn't reach Billy again so we went an told the owner.The owner's name is Martin Welch but the person we done the transaction with is Billy Welch(martin's son).Martin found our bill of sale that was in the glove compartment of the vehicle we was using and calculated the mileage that we had put on the car.He wants to charge us $25 a day and .25 cent per mile.We proceeded to tell him that we weren't renting a car, we were buying a car.He responded and said well I'm not in the business to rent cars,which we knew that already.We asked for our money back many times so we could go buy a car elsewhere and he said NO.We have a 2 year old son and a 2 month old son.We have to walk back and forth to the grocery store which is about 15 miles away to get food to feed our family and most of the time by the time we get home most of our food is bad. This dealership definitely doesn't care about anyone.They are very unprofessional.We still don't have a vehicle and they wont give us our money back. BEWARE, DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL BE LUCKY IF YOU GET A CAR!!!!
