Jan.13, 2017 the bar tenders never acknowledged me and my wife they refused to serve us and we were there about 30 minutes at the bar waiting to be served and then we left. Just a reminder JJ, all customers should be treated with respect and valued the same it should be about business not anything personal. Your bartenders the tall dark female with glasses and two short light skin women are not good behind the bar, very poor in service!
Who puts a Bar in a hotel with a building. I didn't get to sleep till after 3am with the base, and the loud people outside our hotel room.

Got the Cuban sandwich and it was more like a pull pork sandwich with one piece of thin ham slice. Was dissatisfied. It is a great chill sit tho.
