Very inconsistent on sizes of sandwiches and portions of meat. Sometimes it's a good amount, other times half the sandwich is missing chicken. Same with the soup, I've practically been given broth with a few noodles and spoon sized amount of chicken. I'm not sure they even look at the food before they give it to you, or they don't care. I added a pic of the baguette I received with my last order. It was mostly crust with a hollowed out center. How do they not notice that and just give a better piece?

Make sure you check your order if it's correct one and everything is there. They've gave me the wrong one or messed up 3 times already this year. I only go here once every 2 months. It happened again this morning, but nobody said "sorry". Very rude. Just trying to push me out of the line quick.
They usually place the rudest person to speak to customers in drive-thru. They will rush your order and constantly ask if that would be all or simply tell you to pull up before asking if your order is complete. The cooks however show outstanding customer service by greeting customers with smiles and being receptive to their needs without rushing or negative demonors.
When I used to be stationed here 2 years ago this place had a warm, family feel. It feel like everyone just got yelled at by their mom and just went back to doing what they were doing. This place has really declined. The manager was very obvious as watched my every move while I waited for my cinnamon roll. I guess I can fight for this country but can't be treated like a human being as I wait for my pastry. It sucks there's still people like this.
